Conference « Edible Soft Matter » 2022

Dear colleague,

 

We would like to invite you to the 2nd Edible Soft Matter Workshop & Conference, which will be organized from 9 – 13th of July 2022 in Wageningen, the Netherlands.

The purpose is to bring together people from academia and industry in soft matter and food science. A platform will be provided for junior and senior scientists in physics, physical-chemistry, colloidal- and soft matter currently working on food systems to exchange ideas and strengthen cooperation.

 

To do this, we have developed a 2 part program:

  • 9 – 10th of July: workshop for young scientists
  • 11 – 13th of July: international conference
